Job Description

As a Plumber at JOSKO, you'll play an essential role in providing comfort and safety to residents in multi-family and residential properties. Your responsibilities will include performing maintenance, repairs, and installations of plumbing systems, all in alignment with our company standards and industry best practices. Our plumbers handle a range of services, from simple faucet repairs and drain cleaning to water heater installations and full plumbing system replacements, serving both residential and commercial customers.

Plumbing technician qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a service & repair plumber
• Muat have lift station experience
• Expert drain-clearing abilities.
• Ability to perform the work in a safe and timely manner.
• Availability on weekends and work an on-call night shift per week.
• MUST BE AVAILIBLE FOR ON-CALL ROTATION
• Clean driving record for the last 3 years.
• Clean criminal background check

Plumbing technician responsibilities:

• Check-in at the shop each morning via phone except when turning in required paperwork.
• Review schedules for each day.
• Dispatch to jobs, write estimates, sell jobs, write invoices and collect payments.
• Diagnose plumbing issues. Explain the diagnosis and solution In clear written English via the mobile app. Provide multiple options for repair depending on the needs & preferences of the customer.
• Perform plumbing repairs in an efficient and professional manner.
• Ensure regular maintenance of company-issued vehicle & equipment. Communicate with management on any needed repairs.
• Maintain a neatly groomed and professional appearance.
• Follow all company policies and any direction given by management.
