Treatment Engagement Specialist
- Effectively collaborates with members of Treatment Team in planning and providing a safe and therapeutic environment for clients.
- Answers all assigned, incoming calls using company-provided cellular telephone.
- Engages the client and/or loved one rapidly and arranges admission into program as quickly as possible.
- Identifies ineligible clients quickly and makes referrals to other programs.
- Performs work in an organized, responsible, and efficient manner.
- Integrates with all agency departments to provide education on available treatment options and to ensure all potential clients are identified in a timely manner.
- Meets sales and revenue objectives as determined by supervisor.
- Records incoming call data as well as admission and revenue data and generates reports to be reviewed by supervisor.
- Participates in special projects as assigned by supervisor.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential; following established confidentiality policy and procedures; maintaining professional boundaries with clients.

- Maintains operations by following policies, procedures, rules, and regulations, and participating in quality reviews, reporting needed changes.
- Completes all training requirements in a timely manner.
- Maintains inter- and intradepartmental workflow by fostering a spirit of cooperation.
- Completes all other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Arrives to work on time according to Lightshare policies.
- Uses leave time according to Lightshare policies.
- Completes documentation/paperwork and projects within deadlines.
- Assumes additional responsibilities and a willingness to assist colleagues.
- Works different shifts when necessary.
- Recommends program changes and improvements.
- Maintains an overall work attitude of cooperation and professionalism in all interactions with agency staff and community professionals.
- Attends and participates in required staff meetings and agency-wide committees.
- Receptive to direction and feedback from supervisor
- Conducts self in a professional manner with colleagues, peers, and clients.
- Recognizes the rights of clients; and will always protect client's privacy by following Lightshare, State, and Federal mandated privacy procedures and regulations.
- Always adheres to Lightshare Code of Ethics.
- Complies with all agency policies and procedures, laws, and regulations under which Coastal operates.
