What You’ll Be Doing:

• Represent buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the transaction process
• Conduct market research and pricing analysis for residential sales
• Help clients navigate contracts, disclosures, and negotiations with confidence
• Communicate clearly and consistently, whether advising clients, handling paperwork, or coordinating with other agents
• Keep your deals organized and compliant from start to finish
• Provide an excellent client experience and build long-term relationships

• Hold an active Florida real estate license (Sales Associate or Broker)
