Physician Comp Administrator
: Job Summary:
Coordinates all aspects of physician compensation, including physician pay model design, implementation, journal entries, reporting, and reconciliations. Responsibilities include physician compensation orientations, ensuring regulatory/legal compliance, contract audits and reviews, and fielding questions from physicians.
Required Qualifications:- Require Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Require five (5) years of experience in healthcare.
- Prefer three (3) years of experience with physician compensation.
- Prefer demonstrated ability in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
- Prefer demonstrated ability to analyze problems and consistently follow through to solution.
- Prefer demonstrated ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment, decision-making, and problem solving expertise.
- Prefer demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills at all levels.
- Prefer demonstrated leadership skills and understanding of group processes and teamwork
- Prefer Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Master's degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
