We’re hiring a Nurse Practitioner who wants strong earning potential, clinical autonomy, and meaningful, mission-driven work.
You’ll step into a busy outpatient primary care environment managing a broad range of acute and chronic conditions. This role is ideal for a confident provider who enjoys a productive pace while working within a collaborative, team-supported setting.
You’ll practice in Panama City, Florida, a growing Gulf Coast community known for its beaches, affordable coastal living, and strong healthcare demand.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $115,000 to $145,000 depending on experience

• CME: $1,500 plus 5 administrative days
