Patient coordinator needed for busy plastic surgeons’ office.
This position is responsible for greeting all patients, answering phone calls, assisting patients with questions regarding surgery, booking appointments, checking patients in/out and scheduling follow-up appointments. Duties and responsibilities including but not limited to: Preparing charts, taking payments, properly open and close office each day, accurately book and manage patient appointments, ensure patient area and office areas are clean for the flow of in-coming and out-going patients, answer questions and concerns promptly, professionally, and courteously, maintain complete confidentiality in all patients matters in accordance with company policy & HIPPA, provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests by patients, ensuring complete patient satisfaction, ability to work without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned post for extended periods of time, maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment, regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings. Assist in all areas of operations as requested by management.

* Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
* Must possess payments and money handling skills.

* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, employees, and the general public.
