GCA is seeking experienced SailPoint Consultants to join our dynamic team. This role combines hands-on engineering expertise with analytical problem-solving to deliver best-in-class identity and security solutions. You'll work with our clients to implement SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions for organizations ranging from mid-market to enterprise scale.

Technical Skills & Experience
SailPoint Platform Expertise:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementation and administration
- Deep understanding of role-based access provisioning, custom role development, and provisioning workflows
- Expertise in standard and custom connector design, development, and implementation
- Experience with access certification campaigns, access reviews, and governance workflows
Development & Integration:
- 3+ years development experience with languages like Java, Beanshell, PowerShell, etc..
- Experience with RESTful APIs and system integrations
- Familiarity with knowledge management tools (Confluence) and source control systems (Subversion/Git)
Problem-Solving:
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in enterprise environments
- Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences
- Skilled at working directly with clients to extract, identify, and communicate complex business logic and requirements

- Strong consultative approach with focus on understanding client needs and delivering value

- Ability and willingness to mentor junior team members and share knowledge

- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
