DeSoto Memorial Hospital has openings for Home Health Registered Nurses & Licensed Practical Nurses . Positions available Full Time & PRN.

Full Time position is eligible for our robust Benefits Package.

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administers skilled nursing care to patients requiring intermittent nursing services in accordance with the physician's services in accordance with the physician's orders & under the direction & supervision of the Case Manager.
• Coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient & family teaching & provides leadership by working cooperatively with other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the home setting.
