Lead Frontend Developer
Lead Frontend Developer (React)
Base salary in the range of $160,000 to $210,000 plus equity. Minimum Experience Required: 5+ years of professional experience with React.js. Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. We cannot sponsor work visas at this time. Location: 100% Remote.

The Opportunity: We are seeking a Lead Frontend Developer to lead our frontend team and drive the development of our user interfaces. You will be responsible for designing and implementing complex UI features, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to our frontend architecture. If you are passionate about building beautiful, intuitive, and high-performance web applications, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
Lead the development of user interfaces using React.js.
Design and implement complex UI features and components.
Mentor and guide junior frontend developers.
Contribute to our frontend architecture and best practices.
Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
Collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality.
Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and trends.
What You Bring:
5+ years of professional experience with React.js.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
Expertise in modern frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
Experience with testing libraries (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience with performance optimization and debugging.
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
Bonus Points:
Experience with TypeScript.
Familiarity with server-side rendering (e.g., Next.js).
Contributions to open-source projects.
Experience with CI/CD for frontend development.
Knowledge of accessibility best practices.
