WeCare tlc, a woman-owned, mission-driven healthcare company, is looking for a Content & Communications Manager to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to shape both business development and patient engagement for an industry disruptor in employer-sponsored advanced primary care.

What You’ll Do:

• Create compelling sales materials (case studies, ROI one-pagers, presentations) to help shorten long B2B sales cycles.
• Develop patient-facing campaigns (emails, posters, toolkits) that drive utilization at no-cost employer health centers.
• Ghostwrite thought leadership pieces for our CEO and leadership team.
• Keep campaigns on track — from kickoff to launch — ensuring deadlines are met and results are measured.
• Be the voice and guardian of WeCare TLC across platforms, ensuring our brand is consistent, approachable, and impactful.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 3+ years in content, communications, or marketing.
• A portfolio that shows strong writing skills across multiple audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at once.
• A natural storyteller who understands both strategy and execution.
• Experience in healthcare or B2B professional services is a plus.
