We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team in Stuart, FL . This role is crucial in ensuring the safety, functionality, and upkeep of our facility, providing a clean and well-maintained environment for both patients and staff.

• Reporting to: Director of Operations
• Schedule: Part-Time, Mon/Wed/Fri, 7:30 AM - 4 PM
• Location: Stuart, FL (On-site)

• Ensure Facility Safety & Compliance – Maintain buildings, common areas, and patient living spaces in accordance with health and safety standards.

• Join a Collaborative Team – Work closely with the Regional Facility Manager and Director of Operations to uphold high facility standards.

• Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, remodeling, renovations, and repairs .
• Ensure compliance with building, safety, and health codes .
• Install and maintain appliances, furniture, and fixtures .
• Monitor and respond to maintenance issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and integrity of the entire facility .

• Five or more years of maintenance experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Safe driving record with a clean DMV report for the last 3 years
• Must be 21+ years old (insurance requirement)
• Knowledge of OSHA & infection control practices
• Experience in residential, hospital or medical settings, preferred

• Detail-Oriented & Organized – Takes pride in ensuring every aspect of the facility is maintained to high standards.
• Problem-Solver & Hands-On – Can troubleshoot issues and complete repairs efficiently.
• Safety-Conscious & Observant – Recognizes potential hazards and acts proactively to maintain a secure environment.
• Team-Oriented & Communicative – Collaborates with staff and communicates maintenance needs effectively.
