Job Opportunity: Permanent Vascular Surgeon

Palm Health Resources is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vascular Surgeon to join our dynamic and growing practice. This is a permanent position offering competitive compensation, a dedicated support team, and a clear pathway to partnership.

Job Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Location: Northeast Florida
• Experience Required: 5+ years post-fellowship
• Compensation:
  • Base Salary: $500,000
  • Bonus: 25% on collections over $1.5MM
  • Partnership Track: Eligible after 3 years
• Schedule & Call:
  • Call: 1 in 6 weekends, covering all Northeast Florida hospitals when on call
  • Clinic & Surgery: Balanced schedule with inpatient, outpatient, and surgical responsibilities
• Support & Resources:
  • Dedicated full-time PA for assistance in office, hospital, surgery, and rounding
  • Access to advanced technology and a strong multidisciplinary team
• Paid Time Off (PTO):
  • Year 1: 30 days
  • Year 2: 32 days
  • Year 3 & beyond: 35 days (cap remains at 35 days, even as a partner)
