Industrial Painter/Blaster Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $25.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:00pm )

• Perform abrasive blasting (sandblasting) to prepare metal surfaces
• Apply industrial coatings, primers, and paints per specifications
• Operate spray guns, blasting equipment, and air systems Inspect surfaces for proper preparation and coating thickness
• Follow paint system requirements, cure times, and safety standards
• Maintain clean work areas and properly handle materials
• Comply with all OSHA and safety regulations, including PPE use

Industrial Painter/Blaster Qualifications:

• Prior experience as an industrial painter and/or sandblaster
• Knowledge of surface prep standards and coating applications
• Ability to work in PPE and industrial environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and quality control Reliable attendance and safety-focused mindset
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
