Front Office Office Manager – Dental Practice (Bilingual- English/Spanish)
Location: Boca Raton, FLSchedule: Full-time | Saturdays half day - required About the Role:
We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Front Office Manager to support the smooth operation of our dental practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values patient care, and brings strong organizational and communication skills to the team. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Practice Manager and Doctor in overseeing daily front office operations.
- Support scheduling, recalls, and appointment confirmations.
- Monitor patient flow and ensure timely check-in/check-out procedures.
- Handle insurance verifications, billing, and patient financial arrangements.
- Train and support front desk staff as needed.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and ensure proper documentation.
- Resolve patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Generate reports on productivity, collections, and scheduling efficiency.
- Step into leadership duties when the Practice Manager or Doctor are unavailable.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of dental office experience (front desk or management).
- Proficiency in dental software (e.g., Dentrix).
- Strong understanding of insurance plans and billing procedures.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spansh).
- Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA standards.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
