Your New Role

As the Steel Erector Project Manager , you’ll bring projects to life with hands-on leadership and sharp problem-solving. You’ll manage multiple crews, coordinate with General Contractors, and ensure each project is built to our exacting standards. Here’s what you’ll do:

• Lead daily operations across multiple construction projects

• Supervise and build effective teams across various sites

• Partner with General Contractors to prioritize and meet timelines

• Ensure all safety protocols and quality standards are met

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans with precision

• Oversee equipment usage to maintain site efficiency and safety

• Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and management

• Proactively identify and resolve challenges before they escalate

• Manage on-site inventory and operations

• Train crews on OSHA standards and uphold compliance

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Structural Steel Project Manager

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Proficient in reading blueprints, drawings, and plans

• Solid knowledge of OSHA safety regulations

• Ability and willingness to travel

• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred, with additional compensation)

• Technical/computer proficiency

• Candidates must be willing to travel extensively for long periods.

• Work will require traveling to different states for extended durations.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
