Coupa Admin /Salesforce CPQ
Role : Coupa Admin
Location : Ft Lauderdale, FL (Dania Beach)
Contract : 12 months (ability to extend)
Calibration Questions:
- Do you have at least 3 years of hands-on experience working with Coupa as an administrator or advanced user?
- Have you supported Coupa integrations with SAP or another enterprise ERP system (especially for PO or invoice workflows)?
- Are you comfortable managing user access, permissions, and roles for a system with 500+ users?
Job Description
✅ Must-Haves (Core Requirements):
- Hands-on experience with Coupa as an administrator or advanced user
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues (e.g., integration failures, invoice flow interruptions)
- User access and role management within Coupa
- Experience supporting indirect procurement workflows, including POs, catalogs, and invoicing
- Familiarity with Coupa–SAP integration (especially for invoice handoff/payment processes)
- Strong communication and self-starter mindset — able to operate with limited direction
