Residential Electric New Construction Project Manager

Greater Tampa Bay Area.

Red Royal Electric is a reputable and expanding electrical company, specializing in residential new construction, remodels and service. We are seeking an experienced Residential Electric New Construction Project Manager to oversee projects start to finish throughout the Greater Tampa Bay area.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who understands residential electrical systems, production schedules, and how to keep crews moving efficiently while maintaining quality and code compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple residential new construction projects.
• Coordinate with builders, superintendents, inspectors, and suppliers.
• Review plans, specs, and change orders for accuracy and execution.
• Ensure work is completed on schedule, on budget, and to code.
• Conduct jobsite walkthroughs and quality control inspections.
• Enforce safety standards and company procedures.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of residential electrical new construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and Florida residential codes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple jobs and crews at once.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and schedules.
