School Based Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) | '25 - '26 School Year

Sage Connections is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team and provide services within the school setting for the remaining ‘25-’26 school year in a part-time role, 4 days/week. This position would likely continue into the '26-'27 school year if it is the right fit.

Position Details

Age Range: All grades
Hours per Week: 32 hours/week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, school hours, 4 days/week
Start & End Date: April 6, 2026- June 2026
Onsite/Remote/Hybrid: Onsite

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services as outlined in student IEPs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Collaborate with educational teams and families to promote student success
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services and progress

Qualifications

• Current Florida PTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Passion for supporting students’ functional success and independence in school
