Job Details & Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional front-line customer service.
- Respond to incoming phone calls.
- Execute general office responsibilities.
- Greet and welcome walk-ins in a professional manner.
- Possess fundamental math skills.
- Capable of managing several tasks while ensuring accurate information intake.
- Conduct data entry.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Engage in the Sales & Marketing efforts of the business.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in an office environment, including clerical and sales roles.
- Bilingual, with proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- Must have dependable transportation and be open to travel as required by the business.
- Have a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Report Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
