This isn’t your typical heads-down coding job—you’ll work side-by-side with staff to translate business needs into innovative solutions, partner with vendors on system delivery, and ensure our technology platforms are efficient, reliable, and scalable.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

• Develop, configure, and maintain solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power BI, and SharePoint .
• Turn business requests into structured, effective technical solutions.
• Document workflows and processes to capture institutional knowledge.
• Collaborate with vendors on testing, QA, and implementations.
• Audit existing systems to find opportunities for automation and optimization .
• Provide training and support to help staff adopt new tools with confidence.
• Act as the bridge between IT, business stakeholders, and external partners.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Proven development experience, with skills in one or more: Dynamics 365, Power Platform, C#, JavaScript, SQL .
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate workflows into solutions.
• Experience collaborating with non-technical staff and external vendors.
• Based in Orlando, FL with the ability to work hybrid in-office .
