Assistant Property Manager – Immediate Openings
Apartner is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bilingual Assistant Property Manager to join our team at a multifamily community. This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth property operations and delivering excellent customer service to residents.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily property management operations, ensuring efficient workflow
- Manage leasing inquiries and applications using industry software
- Provide high-quality customer service to residents and prospects
- Oversee rent collection, lease renewals, and resident relations
- Support the Property Manager with maintenance requests and vendor coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing regulations
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the multifamily industry, with at least 1 year in an Assistant Property Manager role at a multifamily community
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Experience using multifamily property management software
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask while maintaining strong attention to detail
Reliability and strong organizational skills
