Bilingual Quality Assurance Technician (English/Spanish)
Job Summary
We are looking for a Bilingual Quality Assurance Technician (English/Spanish) to support food safety and quality standards in our production facility. This role focuses on product inspections, documentation, GMP/HACCP compliance, and quality checks throughout the plant.
You will work closely with production, sanitation, and maintenance teams to ensure all products meet quality and safety requirements.
Location: Medley, FL
Schedule: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM | 5 days per week (Saturday occasionally)
Pay: $18 – $20 per hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities
- Inspect products during production and after packaging
- Record quality data such as temperatures, weights, and defects
- Perform GMP and HACCP checks and plant walkthroughs
- Complete quality and safety documentation accurately
- Identify and report non-conforming products or materials
- Isolate and hold products that do not meet quality standards
- Assist with investigations and corrective actions
- Help train employees on food safety and quality practices
- Follow all safety, GMP, OSHA, and company procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
- Work overtime, weekends, or holidays when needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual English / Spanish (required)
- HACCP certification (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Basic math, reading, and computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable standing and walking throughout the plant
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
