Veterinarian-Up to $75k Sign on Bonus-Silverthorn Animal Clinic
- Confident in small animal surgery; reproduction experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable managing general practice medical cases independently
- Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills
- Clear, compassionate client communication
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
- Interest in continued learning and professional growth
- Examine and treat companion animals to diagnose illness or injury
- Perform surgical procedures and prescribe medications as appropriate
- Operate diagnostic equipment, collect samples, and interpret results
- Advise clients on preventive care, treatment plans, and long-term wellness
- Provide compassionate guidance through end-of-life care decisions
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Practice in compliance with veterinary ethics, policies, and applicable regulations
- DVM or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited institution
- Active or eligible state veterinary licensure
- Eligibility to obtain DEA/BNDD
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, respectful demeanor with clients and team members
- VET must be able to lift patients or equipment up to 25 lbs independently, heavier with assistance
