Location: J.N. "Ding" Darling National Wildlife Refuge, Sanibel, Florida

Job Type: Part Time

Schedule: Weekends, Saturday and Sunday from 4 pm - 8 pm

Salary: $23.93

Responsibilities : Included but not limited to

• Sweep and wet mop floors
• Clean all fixture surfaces (inside and out): Toilets, urinals, washbasins, mirrors, dispensers, and baby changing stations
• Empty and line waste receptacles (clean inside as needed)
• Clean and polish counter and table surfaces (including etched rubbing table)
• Spot cleans all interior windows, glass doors, and interior partitions to ensure there are no fingerprints, smudges, or visible marks
• Clean/remove spider webs
• Dust furniture and windowsills
• Service Feminine hygiene disposal
• Clean all walls, doors, partitions, and railings
• Refill paper towel dispensers, soap dispensers, and toilet paper dispensers as needed
• Wipe/clean toilets and urinals inside and outside
• Empty and line waste receptacles (clean inside as needed)
• Clean exterior drinking fountains and filtered water dispensers

Requirements & Experience :

• Highschool Diploma
• 2 years of Experience
• Working knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Familiar with Material Safety Data Sheets
• Able to perform physical duties, including standing, reaching, lifting, and moving objects up to 30 pounds
• OSHA Knowledge
• Able to pass a background check
