Supported by the corporate sales support team, you’ll be part of a team that drives brand awareness and increases market demand for our clients. Affinity Group brings decades of expertise and a consultative system that is tailored for a localized approach. Competencies:
- Leadership Coach . Ability to support and mentor teams to develop their strengths and increase success. Must be able to communicate the “why” behind our strategy.
- Strategy and Execution. Identifies and plans strategic activities and solutions to penetrate sales markets.
- Partner and Influencer. Brings passion to serving others and provides exceptional sales presentations with a consultative approach.
- 5-7 years’ experience, preferably with a food sales and marketing agency, or with a national food manufacturer
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Self-motivation and accountability
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build strong relationships with clients and business partners
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- CRM experience is a plus
