Accounts Receivable Clerk - ONSITE
Come join our team as an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Altamonte Springs! Firetronics has established itself as the premier service provider when it comes to protecting your home and business from fire or intrusion. As a UL certified company, we pride ourselves on our quality customer service and expertise in the field.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Process Billing and Documentation : Prepare and manage billing activities, including sending out certificates of insurance in a timely and accurate manner.
- Document Management : Efficiently scan, organize, and upload documents into our digital filing system to ensure easy access and compliance.
- Phone Support : Provide courteous and professional backup phone support, assisting callers and directing inquiries as needed.
- Computer Proficiency - Comfortable using standard office software, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
- Attention to Detail - Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
- Organizational Skills - Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and maintain an orderly workflow.
- Communication Skills - Clear and professional verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on teamwork and customer service.
- Education - High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Starting Wage: $16.50
- Eligible for health, dental, & vision insurances the first of the month following 60 days, as well as other voluntary coverages such as cancer, STD, accident, etc.
- Eligible for sick leave and holiday pay after 90-day probationary period.
- Company pays half of the premium for LTD
- Company provides $25,000 life insurance after 90 days
- One week of vacation time after one year of employment. Two weeks thereafter.
- Eligible for 401k after one year of employment.
