Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
- Act as a trusted advisor, to business leaders, influencing workforce planning and talent strategies. Provide advice on market trends, competitive intelligence, and diversity strategies to strengthen J&J’s talent positioning.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for critical roles, ensuring alignment with business priorities. This role will also mentor and coach TA Partners and hiring managers on behavioral interviewing, and effective candidate assessment.
- Champion process improvements and technology adoption to optimize recruitment efficiency and candidate experience. Lead initiatives to reduce time-to-fill while maintaining quality of hire and compliance standards.
- Build proven relationships with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and global teams to ensure seamless hiring execution. Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and talent analytics.
- Apply external market data to advise talent strategies and strengthen employer branding. Represent J&J at industry events and networking forums to attract premier talent.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- 4+ years of dynamic experience in Talent Acquisition, including leadership of volume hiring.
- Proven track record to act as a strategic advisor to senior hiring partners and influence talent decisions.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment technologies and data-driven decision-making.
- Outstanding communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in advanced sourcing strategies for volume hiring, talent market analysis, and pipeline development.
