Administrative Assistant
Seacrest Services, Inc. is seeking a personable and dependable Administrative Assistant to join our community-focused team. In this vital front-desk role, you will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, helping to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy providing excellent customer service, supporting daily facility operations, and working collaboratively in a team-oriented setting. Responsibilities
- Warmly greet residents and guests to create a positive first impression
- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding facility amenities, services, and policies
- Monitor and enforce facility rules, including pool and hot tub usage guidelines
- Promptly answer phone calls and respond to resident and guest inquiries
- Perform basic administrative tasks using computer systems
- Communicate important updates and information to residents as needed
- Work independently while following direction from supervisors
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and handling phone calls
- Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Compensation
$18.00 per hour
Schedule / Work Hours
- Part-time position (approximately 25 hours per week )
- Fixed weekend schedule; availability for all listed shifts is required
- Friday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
