Administrative Assistant

Seacrest Services, Inc. is seeking a personable and dependable Administrative Assistant to join our community-focused team. In this vital front-desk role, you will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, helping to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy providing excellent customer service, supporting daily facility operations, and working collaboratively in a team-oriented setting. Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet residents and guests to create a positive first impression
  • Provide accurate information and assistance regarding facility amenities, services, and policies
  • Monitor and enforce facility rules, including pool and hot tub usage guidelines
  • Promptly answer phone calls and respond to resident and guest inquiries
  • Perform basic administrative tasks using computer systems
  • Communicate important updates and information to residents as needed
  • Work independently while following direction from supervisors

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable using computers and handling phone calls
  • Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Bilingual skills are a plus

Compensation

$18.00 per hour

Schedule / Work Hours

  • Part-time position (approximately 25 hours per week )
  • Fixed weekend schedule; availability for all listed shifts is required
  • Friday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
