Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator

Pay Rate: 19$/hr (Paid Weekly)
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Contract: 02/02/2026 to 05/01/2026
Position Summary:
The Patient Service Specialist serves as a key front-office representative, supporting daily clinic operations and ensuring a positive patient experience. This role is responsible for patient check-in and check-out, insurance verification, appointment scheduling, and handling inbound phone calls while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Verify patient insurance coverage and demographic information
Greet patients and perform check-in and check-out procedures
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Answer and appropriately route incoming phone calls
Provide exceptional customer service while addressing patient inquiries
Support efficient clinic flow through effective multitasking and organization
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a healthcare or customer service setting
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Excellent customer service and professional communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical front office setting
