Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Contract: 02/02/2026 to 05/01/2026

Position Summary:
The Patient Service Specialist serves as a key front-office representative, supporting daily clinic operations and ensuring a positive patient experience. This role is responsible for patient check-in and check-out, insurance verification, appointment scheduling, and handling inbound phone calls while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Verify patient insurance coverage and demographic information

• Greet patients and perform check-in and check-out procedures

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments

• Answer and appropriately route incoming phone calls

• Provide exceptional customer service while addressing patient inquiries

• Support efficient clinic flow through effective multitasking and organization

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a healthcare or customer service setting

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills

• Excellent customer service and professional communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish

• Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical front office setting
