Concrete Foreman

As a Concrete Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of concrete flat work construction projects. You will lead a team of concrete laborers, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate concrete laborer activities.

• Develop work schedules and allocate tasks.

• Interpret blueprints and construction plans.

• Monitor project progress and ensure quality.

• Maintain accurate records.

• Ensure safety protocols are followed.

• Train and mentor crew members.

• Manage project materials and resources.

• Resolve construction issues.

Qualifications:

• Valid Florida Driver License

• Ability to work adjusted shifts and overtime

• Legal authorization to work in the United States

• Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman or in a similar supervisory role

• Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques, form setup, and materials

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Commitment to safety and quality standards

• Strong carpentry background in building forms for concrete flat work

• Knowledge of D-curb machine operation

Skills:

• Experience with heavy machinery and equipment used in concrete work

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
