Reporting Analyst
Kforce has a client in Orlando, FL that is seeking a Reporting Analyst to design, build, and maintain data reports that support business decision-making. In this role, you will use SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of insights. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning raw data into meaningful insights through clean, efficient SQL. Key Responsibilities:
- Write and optimize SQL queries to create recurring and ad-hoc reports
- Develop dashboards and standardized reports for stakeholders
- Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot data discrepancies
- Partner with business and technical teams to understand reporting needs
- Document report logic, data definitions, and processes
- Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, CTEs, performance tuning)
- Experience with reporting or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SSRS)
- Solid understanding of relational databases and data concepts
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to translate business questions into clear, actionable reports
