- Mantener la satisfacción de los huéspedes con la ayuda del personal
- Entrenar y desarrollar a los miembros del equipo a diario para mejorar la experiencia del huésped
- Trabajar con otros gerentes para obtener objetivos presupuestarios semanales
Responsabilidades
- Supervisar las operaciones diarias del restaurante
- Capacitar y desarrollar nuevos miembros del equipo
- Mantener los niveles de personal
- Cumplir con todas las pautas de seguridad
- Inventarios y horarios semanales
- Mantiene un ambiente de trabajo limpio y divertido
- Resuelve los problemas de los huéspedes de manera oportuna
- Se comunica regularmente con otros gerentes y el gerente general
Calificaciones
- Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo
- Más de 2 años de experiencia similar
- Capacidad para trabajar en entornos de ritmo rápido
