Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $33.37 - $45.05 / hour

Summary

The Outpatient Cardiology office located at Medical Plaza One in Fort Myers is seeking an experienced RN for the Clinical Team Lead. This is a full time position leading clinical quality, phone triage, training and some hands on patient care.

Responsible for providing, overseeing, and coordinating nursing care for patients within a complex department or highly procedural area; based on established clinical nursing practice standards subscribed to by American Nursing Association and in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act and other regulatory standards. Responsible for the safe delivery and documentation of patient care, through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Exhibits critical thinking and problem solving while serving as clinician, teacher, researcher, team leader and professional development. Collaborates with other professional disciplines, to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Contributes to the provision of quality nursing care through excellence in customer service and lean performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.

Three (3) years of relevant clinical experience in area of specialty.

Certifications/Registration Requirements

Additional Requirements

Certification in appropriate specialty required within 3 years of hire. PALS/ACLS as appropriate for specialty within 90 days of employment.

Other Requirements

Project management and quality improvement experience preferred
