Arbor Properties is on the hunt for a rockstar Maintenance Technician in Tallahassee, FL to help keep our luxury apartment community in top shape! If you’re a self-starter who loves troubleshooting, repairing, and delivering top-notch service, we want YOU on our team!

What We’re Looking For:
Proven field service experience
HVAC & CPO certification ( a BIG plus!)
Ability to adapt & thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong English literacy & communication skills
A passion for problem-solving & making things work better than ever!

What You’ll Do:
Diagnose, test, and repair technical equipment
Keep our community running like a dream
Provide exceptional customer service to residents
Work flexible shifts (including on-call rotation)

Responsibilities:
- Perform service and maintenance on various types of equipment, including boilers, refrigeration systems, and plumbing fixtures.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues using schematics and technical manuals.
- Repair or replace faulty components to ensure proper functioning of equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and perform preventative maintenance.
- Respond to service calls in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.

Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for equipment repair.
- Familiarity with schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting purposes.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for operating company vehicles.
- Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
