Product Manager for an innovative dropshipping platform

We are searching for an experienced Product Manager with startup experience to join a fast-growing dropshipping platform headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida.

THE COMPANY:

Our client is the fastest growing all-in-one dropshipping platform, empowering people by allowing them to get a free AI-built store, discovering winning products, finding the lowest costs, and enjoying fast and reliable shipping. They recently merged with a New York based e-commerce technology company and are building the most reliable ecosystem to support digital commerce in the US.

THE ROLE:

The company is seeking to hire a data-driven Product Manager. As the Product Manager, your mission is to greatly enhance the user experience, boost conversion rates, and position the platform as the top choice for anyone seeking a successful experience in the dropshipping business. You will also be responsible for identifying product gaps to meet the needs of affiliate partners.

This is a hybrid role with the expectation of working from their West Palm Beach office at least three days per week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Product management

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in product management, particularly in the startup environment.
• Demonstrated ability to enhance user experiences.
• Strong analytical abilities, understanding of unit economics.
• Excellent data analysis skills and experience in data-driven decisions.
• Experience in designing and conducting product experiments and developing MVPs.
• Technical proficiency and familiarity with product development and integration processes.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proven leadership experience, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to inspire and guide a product team.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and balance short-term goals with long-term vision.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Experience in building high-performing online stores.
