Looking for a hands-on role where you can make a difference every day? Hoffer Pest Solutions is hiring Pest Control Service Specialists to help protect homes and businesses from unwanted pests — and deliver outstanding customer service while doing it.

What You’ll Do:- Perform pest control treatments at residential and commercial properties.
- Inspect buildings to identify pest activity and assess the extent of infestation.
- Determine and apply the appropriate treatment methods using professional tools and equipment.
- Communicate with customers about service plans, treatment details, and prevention tips.
- Document service results and provide expert recommendations for follow-up or prevention.
- Represent the Hoffer brand with professionalism and a focus on customer care.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in pest control or a related field is a plus, but not required . We provide training.
- Basic knowledge of pest control methods and safety protocols is helpful.
- Ability to upsell additional services and products confidently and ethically.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors, including in tight spaces and at heights.
- Strong communication and customer service skills — you're the face of our company.
