This skilled trade apprenticeship earns a competitive wage of $21.00/hour ($17 an hour during probationary period before increasing to $21 once fully trained) , depending on experience and qualifications. WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

As you work alongside seasoned technicians, you acquire a deep understanding of the heating and cooling trade while providing vital assistance to your team. At the start of this apprenticeship, you closely observe your colleagues as they carry out their duties, and you proactively assist them in cleaning and optimizing various heating and air conditioning systems. After completing your training and successfully passing the EPA exam, you effectively run maintenance calls independently and communicate with customers about how to properly use their systems. Your enthusiasm for learning this valuable skilled trade and your dedication to being a great team player brings you great pride.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM AN ENTRY-LEVEL PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE HVAC TECHNICIAN?

We're looking for an Entry-Level Preventative Maintenance HVAC Technician that can work Monday - Friday, 40 hours plus overtime while meeting the following qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Drive to succeed and eagerness to learn

No heating and cooling experience or education is necessary; we will train the right candidate!
