Glades Talent is working with a stand out Home Health agency in West Palm Beach looking for a talented Marketer/ Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality home care nursing services to patients in their homes
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and condition, and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Educate patients and their families on proper self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Skills:
- Strong pharmaceutical sales skills to effectively communicate the benefits of home care nursing services to potential clients
- Technical sales expertise to demonstrate the use of medical equipment and devices to patients and their families
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and the healthcare team
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide compassionate and supportive care to patients
- Analytical skills to assess patient needs, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments
- Proven sales experience with the ability to negotiate contracts and close deals
- Leadership abilities to supervise and guide other members of the home care nursing team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
