The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a dedicated and client-focused Account Manager to manage a portfolio of key accounts in the legal services sector. This pivotal role is focused on nurturing and expanding existing relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for product adoption and growth. You will be responsible for acting as a strategic partner to your clients, understanding their evolving needs, and driving value from the services they receive.You will be instrumental in building long-term partnerships and contributing directly to the company's retention and growth goals. What You Will Do
- Manage a portfolio of key legal services accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing exceptional service and demonstrating product value.
- Proactively identify and secure opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling within your assigned accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to track progress, ensure satisfaction, and align on future goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and client support, to advocate for client needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Track and report on account health, client engagement, and revenue metrics to meet or exceed retention and growth targets.
- Stay informed about new product features, industry trends, and changes in the legal tech landscape to better serve your clients.
