We are currently seeking candidates for our Insurance Broker Traineeprogram. This PAID study program offers materials and support to help you preparefor the state insurance exam. Upon successful completion of the exam, candidateswill be offered job placement within our brokerage firm.Once an Inside Sales Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling lifeinsurance policies to clients and helping them make informed decisions about theirfinancial future. We offer inbound live warm transfer leads provided by thecompany, with no cold calling required. You will have the opportunity to earn a basesalary plus commission and other bonuses! Responsibilities: -Participate in our comprehensive training program to learn about insuranceproducts, regulations, and sales techniques.-Study diligently using the provided materials to prepare for the stateinsurance exam.-Demonstrate strong dedication and commitment to passing the exam withinthe designated timeframe.-Collaborate with team members and mentors to enhance learning anddevelopment.-Receive warm leads provided by the company and meet with clients todetermine their insurance needs and provide customized solutions.-Explain policy details and benefits to clients and help them make informeddecisions.-Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients

Requirements:

-High school diploma or equivalent.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Strong desire to pursue a career in the insurance industry.-Ability to self-motivate and work independently, as well as part of a team.-Willingness to commit to a structured study program and meet examdeadlines.-Prior experience in sales/customer service/call center environments is a plus.-Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
