Regional Sales & Marketing Representative - Healthcare Services
Our client is a rapidly growing mobile vascular care company. They perform in-facility assessments, blood draws, vascular ultrasounds, dialysis access management, PAD treatment, vein care, and amputation prevention services. Job Overview:
- Our client is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Regional Sales & Marketing Representative to expand our presence across the Tampa Bay region.
- This individual will be responsible for developing and managing partnerships with nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other post-acute care providers.
- This is a field-based role requiring regular in-person visits, strong networking skills, and the ability to navigate healthcare environments and decision-makers.
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), assisted living facilities (ALFs), and long-term care providers
- Build and maintain relationships with administrators, directors of nursing, case managers, and discharge planners
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and facility visits to promote our client’s services
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and onboarding
- Develop and execute a territory plan for the Tampa Bay market
- Represent the company at industry events, networking groups, and community functions
- Coordinate with internal teams to align messaging, campaigns, and service delivery
- Track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner facilities
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Identify opportunities for account growth and service expansion
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales, medical marketing, or provider relations
- Experience calling on nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or post-acute providers strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of the Tampa Bay healthcare landscape is a plus
- Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close business
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a field-based role
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Home health, hospice, or healthcare services sales
- Pharmaceutical or medical device sales with post-acute exposure
- Healthcare marketing or liaison roles
- Our client is flexible/open on compensation structure as this is a new position for this market
