We are a growing 100% Fee-For-Service dental organization in North Florida focused on delivering comprehensive, implant-driven dentistry . Our practices operate under a Super GP model , and we are seeking an exceptional dentist with advanced implant and restorative skills who is passionate about patient care.

We are hiring a high-performing General Dentist (Super GP) or Prosthodontist with Moderate Sedation (Conscious Sedation) certification in Florida who is comfortable providing implant surgery, full-arch treatment, and complex restorative care .

This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys both the surgical and restorative aspects of implant dentistry , comprehensive case planning, and delivering high-value care in a fully Fee-For-Service environment .

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and deliver comprehensive dental care with a focus on advanced restorative and implant dentistry
• Perform implant placement and restoration, including single implants, multi-unit restorations, and full-arch/full-mouth cases
• Develop and present comprehensive treatment plans addressing both patient chief complaints and long-term oral health
• Provide high-quality, ethical, and productive patient care in a Fee-For-Service environment
• Educate patients on treatment options and help them understand the value of comprehensive dentistry
• Work collaboratively with other experienced clinicians and teams across the organization
• Maintain a commitment to continuous clinical growth, particularly in:
  • Implant dentistry
  • Digital dentistry
  • Full-arch rehabilitation
  • Sedation dentistry
• Deliver exceptional patient experiences through empathy, communication, and service

Credentials

• 3+ years of clinical experience as a licensed practicing dentist
• Demonstrated experience in implant placement and advanced restorative dentistry
• Degree from an accredited school of dentistry
• Current, unrestricted Florida dental license
• Valid DEA license
• Moderate Sedation (Conscious Sedation) Certification – State of Florida
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications if performing sedation services
