Description of the role: The Automotive Biller at Krause Group is responsible for accurately processing and billing all automotive transactions. This role requires a keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Responsibilities:
- Process and record all automotive sales transactions
- Ensure accurate and timely billing of automotive services
- Review and verify all transaction documentation
- Payoff Trade-In's
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any billing issues or discrepancies
- Automotive dealership experience is required
- CDK DMS experience preferred
- Microsoft Excel knowledge is a plus
- Positive attitude and eagerness to improve
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
