Enhancement Sales Manager (Commission-Based)

We’re building out our Enhancements Division and looking for a driven, organized, commission-based Enhancement Sales Manager . If you can sell, manage projects, and deliver a polished client experience from start to finish, you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Do

• Sell enhancement projects : landscape design upgrades, trees, plants, sod, mulch, rock, cleanups, outdoor living improvements, etc.

• Work leads provided by Hogan and confidently generate your own pipeline through outreach, networking, and onsite recommendations.

• Create estimates and present proposals that close.

• Organize and order all materials for approved jobs (plants, trees, sod, mulch, rock, irrigation parts, etc.).

• Oversee production with the field crews to ensure work is delivered at a high standard.

• Maintain communication with clients and the Hogan office—updates, scheduling, change orders, completion photos, and follow-up.

• Track jobs in progress to ensure efficiency and profitability.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong sales background (landscape or construction preferred).

• Ability to walk properties, identify opportunities, and confidently recommend solutions.

• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple jobs at once.

• Comfortable interacting with HOAs, property managers, and homeowners.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation

• Commission-only position with unlimited earning potential.

• Leads provided + expectation to generate your own.
