Bilingual Production Supervisor – Medical Manufacturing

Location: Lakeland, FL

Pay: $70k - $75k

Industry: Medical Device / High-Volume Manufacturing

Minimum Qualifications:

• English/Spanish bilingual, pharma & manufacturing exp
• 5–10 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of supervisory principles, team leadership, and performance management
• Proven ability to plan, organize, control, and communicate effectively
• Experience working with KPIs, production metrics, and performance tracking systems
• Working knowledge of GMP, quality systems, and regulatory compliance standards
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and supervise production activities for extended periods
• Proficient in basic computer systems and production reporting tool
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing principles
• Background in process improvement and waste reduction initiatives
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with QA, Materials, and Operations
• Training and development experience for production team members

What You’ll Do:

Supervise, coordinate, and direct production team members to achieve scheduled outputs at acceptable levels of safety, quality, and productivity

Develop and maintain effective production programs to meet company objectives and customer requirements

Establish, monitor, and report shift KPIs in collaboration with the Operations Manager

Set realistic performance goals for team members and take corrective action as needed

Implement and support improvement initiatives related to:

• Production efficiency and process improvement

• Material cost and waste reduction

• Quality improvement

• Stock accuracy

• Lean Manufacturing implementation
