Outside Sales Representative

Territory: [Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Okeechobee County].

Industry: Fuel Distribution | Petroleum Products.

Employment Type: Full-Time.

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Commission (OTE discussed at interview).

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow and manage commercial, industrial, marine, and/or retail fuel and lubricant accounts within the Treasure Coast. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who understands fuel & lubricant markets, customer supply needs, and margin-driven selling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and manage a portfolio of fuel and petroleum customers through regular on-site sales calls.
• Prospect and secure new commercial and industrial fuel accounts.
• Promote and sell fuel products, lubricants, and petroleum-related services.
• Monitor pricing, margins, and market conditions.
• Prepare, present, and follow up on fuel quotes and contracts.
• Collaborate with dispatch, operations, credit, and inside sales.
• Assist customers with forecasting and delivery scheduling.
• Track competitive activity and report market intelligence.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and expense reports.
• Attend product, safety, and industry training.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years outside sales experience.
• Understanding of fuel & lubricant markets is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
