Restaurant General Manager

Randstad is looking for a general manager for a new restaurant and event space on the southside of Jacksonville. You will need 8 years of experience in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment management with a focus on billiards. You will lead a new full service pool hall with event space. A proven success managing high-volume, multi-department operations will be required. This position is fulltime with evenings & weekends required. Salary will be based on experience.

salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily operations across the restaurant, bar, and pool hall.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage floor coverage, service flow, and staff coordination to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Maintain venue standards, including cleanliness, presentation, and policy adherence.
• Own full P&L responsibility — tracking revenue, labor, and operating costs across departments.
• Forecast, analyze, and strategize to optimize profitability.
• Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team across food & beverage and billiards operations.
• Ensure all tables and guest areas meet professional standards for function and appearance.
• Oversee maintenance, vendor coordination, and overall venue presentation.
• Oversee all events and manage group bookings.

The essential functions of this role include:
