ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Omni-Channel Planner to help shape and optimize inventory planning across e-commerce, retail, and B2B channels. This role sits at the center of forecasting, replenishment, and cross-functional alignment, owning inventory strategies that drive sales, protect margin, and elevate partner relationships.
As the lead planner for B2B accounts and Non-Clinical inventory, you’ll serve as the go-to inventory expert, setting priorities and guardrails for execution teams while proactively identifying risks and opportunities across channels. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own omni-channel replenishment strategies across e-commerce, retail, and B2B, using sales trends, forecasts, and inventory metrics to optimize in-stock and sell-through
- Own forecasting and inventory planning for B2B accounts, including demand assumptions, phasing, and inventory availability.
- Serve as the primary inventory liaison for B2B partners, aligning planning assumptions with account needs and timelines.
- Lead Non-Clinical planning and inventory as a turnkey solution, ensuring consistent execution across channels.
- Analyze weekly sales, inventory, and forecast performance to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities.
- Set priorities, workflows, and guardrails for execution roles supporting order management and special services
- Partner with Merchandising, Replenishment, and Operations to align inventory plans with product lifecycle and promotional timing.
- Communicate inventory insights and recommendations clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Provide day-to-day direction and prioritization for execution support roles, ensuring timely and accurate completion of order management and inventory-related tasks.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in forecasting tools, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI)
- Solid understanding of retail assortment planning, including breadth and depth, promotional pricing, and product entrance/exit strategies
- Retail math expertise and a strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar ERP systems preferred
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy
- Clear, confident communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams
- Close attention to detail while balancing speed, flexibility, and competing priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Analytics, Planning, or a related field
WHERE YOU’LL WORK
HYBRID – The Best of Both Worlds
Have the flexibility to work on-site/in the business and remotely during the week. You’ll spend a few days a week in our office for collaboration/in-person engagement and have the flexibility to work from home on other days. While on-site, join other team members in the spacious Quad for lunch or enjoy our ongoing wellness activities. Employees are expected to be online and available during their team's core business hours. A company computer is provided for business use.
