As we continue to grow, we are looking for experienced and dedicated Commercial HVAC Chiller Technicians to join our team of professionals.
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Chiller Technician to install, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial chiller systems, including air-cooled and water-cooled units. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with large tonnage systems, controls, and preventative maintenance routines.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, service, and repairs on commercial chillers (centrifugal, screw, scroll, and reciprocating).
- Troubleshoot and repair related HVAC components, including pumps, cooling towers, control systems, and motors.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Accurately document work performed, parts used, and system status.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, project managers, and customers.
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience with commercial HVAC systems, specifically chiller systems.
- EPA Universal Certification required.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Familiarity with BMS and control systems is a plus.
- Must be able to regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
