Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare concrete estimates, including quantity take-offs, RFPs, and bid documents.

• Collaborate with the concrete team and engineers to identify value engineering opportunities.

• Develop and use BIM for concrete estimates.

• Learn and use estimating software effectively.

• Conduct job site visits and assist with project management tasks.

• Research new concrete technology and best practices.

• Market concrete services by networking with clients and industry professionals.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge and experience in the concrete construction industry

• Experience in concrete estimating and project cost analysis

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and drawings

• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills

• Attention to detail and precision

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with project managers

• Proficiency in relevant software and technology

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred

• Professional certification in construction estimating a plus
