As a Concrete Estimator, you will play a vital role in estimating and managing concrete construction projects. Your expertise will help ensure that projects are bid accurately, executed efficiently, and meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare concrete estimates, including quantity take-offs, RFPs, and bid documents.
Collaborate with the concrete team and engineers to identify value engineering opportunities.
Develop and use BIM for concrete estimates.
Learn and use estimating software effectively.
Conduct job site visits and assist with project management tasks.
Research new concrete technology and best practices.
Market concrete services by networking with clients and industry professionals.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge and experience in the concrete construction industry
Experience in concrete estimating and project cost analysis
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and drawings
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
Attention to detail and precision
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with project managers
Proficiency in relevant software and technology
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
Professional certification in construction estimating a plus
